Anatomically it is an elongated and cylindrical shape, that during the butchering is separated from its insertion into the tubercle of the arcuate line of the ilium. Presents clean of fat and fascia covering both sides, lateral and medial muscle with irregular by their insertion into the ventral sides of the lower ribs.
